Parkland Valley Sport, Culture, and Recreation District is studying ways to create dementia-friendly, socially-inclusive activities in small and rural communities as numbers of people living with dementia are expected to increase. The research focus areas include Preeceville, Sturgis, Norquay, Canora, Kamsack, Ituna, Yorkton and Melville.
