Logic Model
The report also presented our project Logic Model and our co-designed shared measurement system. Our co-designed logic model, a visual tool that tells the story of change, illustrates what inputs (i.e. resources) are being used and what activities are derived from those inputs. It outlines the outputs of each activity and illustrates the outcomes (short-term and intermediate) resulting from those activities. Finally, it outlines the long-term outcomes (i.e. impact) that our project aims to achieve. The Logic Model is revised as new Collaborating Organizations join the project.
